2. Use of Service

Payso provides a platform for scanning QR codes to browse menus, place orders, and make payments at participating venues. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Payso are between you and the participating venue. Prices are set by venues and may vary. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Venue Responsibilities

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their menu items, pricing, availability, and food quality. Payso acts as a technology intermediary and does not prepare, handle, or deliver food items.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
